1. General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bd9t ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "member"). By accessing the bd9t website or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Terms

3. Age Limit & Identity Verification

3.2 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a member fails or refuses to verify their identity, bd9t reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and delay the withdrawal process.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd9t currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Deposit Limits

All deposit transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such deposits may be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Before processing a withdrawal request, bd9t will confirm that:

• All wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.
• Identity verification has been successfully completed.
• The requested amount does not exceed the available balance.
• There is no active investigation or suspension on the account.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

If a transaction is rejected for any reason, bd9t will notify the relevant member within a reasonable time. bd9t bears no liability for transactions that fail due to technical reasons.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd9t offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

5.3 Violation of Bonus Terms

In cases of bonus abuse, manipulation, or violation of bonus terms, bd9t reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings earned through it, and to terminate the account. Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

bd9t's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

The specific criteria for VIP tier upgrades are at the discretion of bd9t and are determined based on the member's overall activity.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

bd9t is committed to ensuring a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. To this end, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any kind of software, bot, or automated tool.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting.
• Attempting to breach the site's security systems.
• Posting any inappropriate or offensive content on the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Betting Limits

bd9t sets betting limits according to different games and markets. These limits may change from time to time, and bd9t reserves the right to change betting limits for any member at any time.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

bd9t reserves the right to cancel any bet and return the relevant amount in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error in the system.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed and settlement is not possible under the applicable rules.
• If the event service is disrupted due to a technical error.

7.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For sports betting, all markets are settled according to general rules. If a match does not finish within the scheduled time or is stopped under uncertain circumstances, the situation will be handled according to the rules of the relevant market.

8. Technical Errors & System Disruptions

bd9t makes every effort to ensure the smooth operation of its systems. However, service may be disrupted in the following circumstances:

• Server maintenance or upgrades.
• Issues with third-party service providers.
• Unexpected technical failures.
• Internet connection or network problems.

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, bd9t will resolve the situation in a reasonable manner. However, for losses caused by the user's own connection issues, as opposed to server-side errors, bd9t is not liable.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by bd9t

bd9t reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.

9.2 Closure by Member
